2. 연 사 : Dr. Hae-Goo Song (o9 Solutions, Inc.)

    Dr. Hae-Goo Song is a Vice President in o9’s Industry Solutions Practice and Supply Chain Planning Solution. He has over 18 years of  experience in business process re-engineering, IT roadmap design, supply chain transformation, and supply chain solution delivery projects across various industry sectors. Clients advised include multinationals based in US and Asia and consumer electronics, metals, automotive, consumer packaged goods, telecommunications, industrial machineries, and papers.

    He has led several, large-scale supply chain transformational engagements focused on forecast accuracy improvements, reducing inventory level, plan adherence improvement, planning cycle time and frequency reduction, product mix improvement, and change management for performance to plan culture. He had also led the product development of S&OP solutions at both i2 (now JDA) and SAP Korea. Prior to o9, he was a solution director at i2 Technologies and vice president of consulting, presales, and industry value engineering at SAP Korea

    Dr. Hae-Goo Song has a BS(Industrial Engineering), MS(Industrial Engineering), and Ph.D. (Mathematical Optimization - Industrial Engineering) from Seoul National University (Seoul, Korea). He earned “Best in Consulting” - CEO award from Sanjiv Sidhu in 2005

3. 내 용 : IoT, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, AI, 제 4차 산업혁명 등 다양한 이름으로 불리워지는 디지털라이제이션이 실질적으로 공급망 관리에서 가지는 의미는 무엇인가? 디지털라이제이션의 개념을 고찰하고, 그에 글로벌 기업들의 기반한 실 사례를 중심으로 구체적으로 어떤 영역에서 디지털라이제이션이 공급망 관리에 적용가능한지를 살펴본다. 또한 디지털러이제이션이 가속화 됨에 따라, 공급망 관리 실천적인 혁신 방향을 제시하고자 한다.
