OIA conducts online group applications for the smooth issuance of Residence Card and Visa.

Enrolled students who need to apply must complete the application within the applicable period.

- Residence Card issuance: Sep 1 (Wed) ~ Sep 14 (Tue)

- Student visa (D-2) extension: Sep  1  (Wed) ~ Sep12  (Sun)

1. 일시 및 방법

- 외국인등록: 2021. 9. 1.(수) ~ 2021. 9. 14.(화), 온라인 진행

- 체류기간연장: 2021. 9. 1.(수) ~ 2021. 9. 12.(일), 온라인 진행

2. 내용: 대행기관(하이어비자)을 통한 신입생 외국인등록, 재학생 비자연장 단체접수

- 외국인 등록 및 비자체류기간 연장: 학생이 하이어비자 웹사이트에서 개별 온라인 신청

3. 주의사항:

- 코로나19로 출입국사무소 개별 방문을 통한 접수신청이 제한되고 있고, 출입국에서도 빠른 처리를 위해 유학생 개별접수를 지양하고 학교를 통한 단체접수를 적극 권장

- 외국인 등록을 입국 후 90일 이내에 진행하지 않은 유학생 과태료 부과 및 불법체류자 신분전환, 해당사실(사유: 외국인 등록기한 도과자)을 변동신고 누락시 학교로 주의서 혹은 과태료 처분

- 유학생 체류기간 만료 후 계속 수학할 경우 유학생 과태료 부과, 해당사실(사유: 체류기간 도과자) 변동신고 누락 시, 학교로 주의서 혹은 과태료 처분
