Roles and Responsibilities

You will be helping with the implementation of o9 Solutions for our enterprise clients in Korea. This position is responsible for solution configuration, analysis, and interpretation of data to optimize client supply chains.

The solution delivery lifecycle involves various activities, including process design, data analysis, solution configuration, performance analysis, testing, deployment, and documentation.

The role would be responsible for collecting and analyzing data, documenting current and to-be states, working with onshore and offshore teams to configure the solution, and creating test cases to ensure the solution works per the design.

Responsibilities include:

• Work with clients to collect data, such as sales, shipment, inventory, logistics, and other supply chain data from sources like databases, Excel sheets, systems, etc.
• Use mathematical models, predictive methods, statistical techniques, optimization algorithms, and simulations to analyze, manipulate, and interpret large enterprise data.
• Provide business insights and data visualization.
• Create and execute test cases, document issues, and fix issues
• Participate in solution and technical design
• Work with client cross-functional teams, including IT and business stakeholders
• Assist with Super User and End User training for a global user base

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of various statistical, optimization, and simulation techniques
• Statistical, optimization, and simulation skills through software tools and packages like R

• Knowledge of databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and one or more languages like SQL, MDX, T-SQL, or similar is required
• Knowledge of Python is required
• Ability to work in teams distributed across locations and time zones
• Fluent Korean and English is required
